2026 Course Enrolments

ONLINE 2026 Course enrolments will open at 9:00am on TUESDAY 2nd December 2025

The full year membership fee remains at $105. Our preferred online payment is by EFT/bank deposit (details on Invoice).

FACE-TO-FACE 2026 Course enrolments will commence on THURSDAY 4th December 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm at The Meeting Place (Emmanuel Church). You can pay by cash/cheque or EFTPOS. Please note: if you are payment by EFTPOS, please ensure you know your PIN as many banks require a PIN if amounts are over $100.

The new program will be published and online from 2nd December at 9:00am and there will be hard copies available to look at for the face-to-face enrolments on the 4th December.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ENROLMENT:

  • go to https://u3aalburywodonga.org.au/
  • click on Member Login on the top banner on the right-hand side(RHS)
  • click on Log In on the left-hand side LHS)column 
  • log in with your membership number or email address and your U3A password – 
  • note your membership number is also on your name badge.
  • scroll down if you need to retrieve member details. 
  • You can follow the links if you have forgotten your password and need to reset it.
  • click on Courses in the LHS column
  • if you are interested in a course, click on the course name to open the course details.
  • enrol in one or more courses, each time clicking on the add to cart button
  • some courses may record as being ‘full, but accepting waitlist enrolments’. You can enrol in these courses and U3A will advise when a space becomes available.
  • when you have finished your selection, make sure you view your cart to ensure it reflects your choices.
  • if necessary make adjustments. This can be achieved in the following way:
    – to remove a course from your selections, click the bin icon in the appropriate row
    – to remove all courses from your selection, use the clear cart button
    – to add more courses to your selections, return to the Courses page, where you can add more courses to your cart.
  • to confirm your course selections, click the Checkout button on the LHS column
  • agree to the U3A’s terms and conditions and Code of Conduct.
  • on checkout success, your invoice will be displayed.
  • Pay the annual membership ($105)separately, either by EFT(the preferred method when enrolling online – see above for banking details) or cash/cheque/card on the face-to-face enrolment day (4th December 2025)

Lastly the Term Dates for 2026 are as follows

Term 1    January 28th  to      April 2nd                (10 weeks)
Term 2    April 20th       to      June 19th               (9 weeks)
Term 3    July 20th       to       September 18th    (9 weeks)
Term 4   October 5th   to       December 4th       (9 weeks)
